The Lorain County Democratic Central Committee is an organization of 235 seats, one for each precinct in the county. Every four years Democrats run for the position of Precinct Committeeman in their respective precincts. These members meet and elect the Executive Officers of our county and city parties. However, more importantly it is these individuals who become the grass roots of the party. As local leaders in their neighborhoods they promote the ideas and values of our party on a block by block basis.
